Today

last week l met up with Kelvin and arranged for him to help me produce a mini version of Athaleahs room. l have already done a scene in there with Jesse and Athaleah, maybe it will help with the positioning of Athaleah Jesse and Abigail for the final scene. l told him that l wanted it to look as it does in the scene, but that l wanted the scene to be able to sivel around.

Today l purchased an A1 5mm sheet of foam board, black card and some coloured acetate. l thought at one stage l would have to change the scene because l could not find any acetate, but l eventually found it in a little humble shop on the outskirts of the city centre. l showed Kelvin the scene and he got an existing circle made out of mdf and cut two more sqares for me. He then screwed them in place in such a way that it swivels, l am quite chuffed with that. So Kelvin did all the dangerous stuff, although l was quite willing to do that. But it was wise not to, as l have nearly lost fingers with scalpel blades :-) Whilst he did that l got on with scoring widths of the foam board in such a way that it was able to form a curve onto which l will put a backing sheet and/or the tree background. When the base is swivelled it will reveal a different part of the background scenery. l would also like to put some mini trees in and maybe some other elements model builders use. Tonight after l have finished blogging l will attempt to make my stain glass windows out of the card and the acetate.

One of the sounds didn't bounce out properly from logic so l had to go back into the studio and do it again. l did not have the time to test it but God willing it will be ok.

Had to rearrange for Errol to come in on Friday to work on the music becasuse the studio is booked out, l sent him a rough of a few of the scenes last week.
